Coastal Marine Gangways also produces floating docks, built to your exacting specifications. These can be made from traditional aluminum or wood. We use either permaFloat® or Ace float drums.

permaFloat® ACE FLOAT DRUMS

 

There are 38 sizes ranging from 2'x4'x12" all the way up to 4'x8'x32". They carry a 15 year warranty.

These floats have a nominal .150 wall thickness and are rotational molded from virgin grade materials with UV inhibitors assuring long life. The polyethylene shell is unaffected by saltwater, oil, gasoline and most chemicals. The floats are completely foam filled using a 1 to 1.5 density EPS. All floats feature a flat top configuration, a self venting plug, and a molded heavy duty mounting flange and slots. All of our floats meet Corps of Engineers Regulation #36 CFR Part 327.

 

ACE Float Drums. They all carry an 15 year warranty. There are 54 sizes ranging from 12" x 48" 20" all the way up to 48" x 96" x 32".

These floats have a nominal .150 thickness and are rotational molded from virgin food grade materials with UV inhibitors assuring long life. The polyethylene shell with molded mountings slots, is unaffected by saltwater, oil, gasoline and most chemicals. The floats are completely foam filled using a 1 to 1.5 density EPS. All floats feature a float top configuration, air pressure relief valve and offer a heavy duty mounting flange. All our floats meet Corps of Engineer Regulation #36 CFR Part 327, and ASTM - D1998-04.
